Registration begins at 8:30 AM Competition to start at 9:00 AM.

Registration begins at 12:30 PM Competition to start at 1:00 PM.

Regulations for Highland Dancing

  • Entry Fees: Primary $12.00, Pre-premier (Beginner, Novice and Intermediate) $17.00, Premier $20.00
  • Dancing will conform to S.O.B.H.D. rules.  The decisions of the judge are final.
  • Age is computed as the day before the competition - Age groups will be split according to entries received.
  • Cash awards for the 2 oldest premier sections, medals for all others - Trophy will be awarded for most points in each class except primary.
  • Dancer of the Day Trophy will be based on a dance off between all 1st place Premier Dancers.  Be prepared to stay after awards for this
  • All dancers must show 2013 registration card at time of registration and have a current, completed 'Hold Harmless Agreement' signed on file*.
  • Entries received on or before non on Wednesday April 24th will be Emailed a welcome letter.
  • No registrations will be accepted on the field.

* Children under the age of 18 years must have a parent or guardian sign a 'Hold Harmless Agreement'. Completed registration (by a participant, parent, or guardian over the age of 18) will constitute implied acceptance of the contents of this document.
